Tennis Legends Roger Federer broke down after his professional tennis career’s last-ever match at the Laver Cup 2022 in London. The twenty-time Grand Slam winner has been seen getting extremely emotional as he greeted his longtime rival Rafael Nada, Europe teammates, and contestants in the tournament, and fans following the doubles match.
The-41-year-old lost his career’s last match playing with Nadal against Frances Tiafoe and Jack Sock of Team World by 4-6, 7-6(2), 11-9.
It’s been a perfect journey, and It’s been a wonderful day. I told the guys I’m happy; I’m not sad,” Federer said. “I enjoyed tying my shoes one more time. Everything was the last time, he added.
