India T20 World Cup Squad Announced, Jaspreet Bumrah, and Harshal Patel return, Shami on standby

The Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) announced India’s 15-member squad for T20 World Cup which is scheduled to take place in Australia in next month, and for T20 series vs Australia and South Africa. Earlier, The All-India Selection Committee met on Monday to pick the players for the above event.

 Pace spearhead Jaspreet Bumrah and Harshal Patel have been named in the squad for T20 World Cup while, pacer Shami has been named among four standby players.

The BCCI informed the players name who all has been named in the squad on Twitter.

These players are in the squad-

Rohit Sharma (C), KL Rahul (VC), Virat Kohli, Suryakumar Yadav, Deepak Hooda, R Pant (WK), Dinesh Karthik (WK), Hardik Pandya, R. Ashwin, YuzvendraChahal,  Axar Patel, Jaspreet Bumrah, Bhuvaneshwar Kumar, Harshal Patel, Arshdeep Singh MohdShami, Shreyas Iyer, Ravi Bishnoi, Deepak Chahar
