Broke Shoaib Akhtar's Record': Netizens Go Crazy as Speedometer Clocks Bhuvneshwar's Delivery at 200+ Kmph

After winning their first T20I match against Ireland, Team India is all set to face the Irish team once again today i.e., June 28, 2022.

In the first match against Ireland yesterday, the Indian team decided to bowl after winning the toss. But call it the lucky or the unfortunate part, it started raining as soon as the match started. The match was reduced to 12 overs due to rain.

In the very beginning Bhuvneshwar Kumar took the wicket of Andy Balbirnie, while from the other end, the captain of Team India initially hit Paul Stirling’s shot, took the batsman’s wicket in the very next minute when he was only 4 wickets out of 5, Deepak Hooda took a beautiful catch.

Then following in the footsteps of captain Pandya, Avesh got his 1st wicket with the likes of Gareth Delany (8 off 9). For the Irish side, only Harry Tector scored 64 off 33 balls.

Ireland team scored 108 runs in 12 overs for the Indian team chasing the target.

Now during the match something really hilarious happened. This is about the delivery that Bhuvneshwar Kumar was making and suddenly due to a technical glitch the speedometer started displaying the speed of Bhuvneshwar Kumar clocking up to 200+ Kmph. Wasn’t it Insane for a bowler to reach such a top speed!! Surely it couldn’t have been better for the speedster to know about it but unfortunately it wasn’t.

Immediately after the incident happened, the fans or the netizens went crazy from all over took this it to their twitter handle expressing it their own way and style. You’ll find some who even compared the speed of Bhuvneshwar to the former all-time speedster breaking Shoaib Akhtar’s record let’s have a look,

A twitteratti from probably Pakistan said,

“Bhuvneshwar Kumar is bowling at 200+ KPH already and Imran Malik is yet to bowl. Wonder if he’ll break the 250 KPH barrier when he comes on to bowl. Serious pace. #IREvIND”

So, in short, the match day eventually took a hilarious turn when the incident took place and got even more interesting when Hardik batting was, he became the first captain to ever take wicket but the special thing about the thing was, Hardik was first ‘Captain’ to achieve such a feat.

The Indian team during their innings managed to score the run chase in just 9.2 over and took the lead by 1-0.
