In a virtual interview with a Sport tv , Shikhar Dhawan said that the Zimbabwe tour series is an opportunity for me to show brilliance and play for the team on Tuesday evening.
He stated, I will keep in mind team only, best performance and good score from our side to seal the series as we did in West Indies.

Earlier, Dhawan has been named as India’s captain but removed from captainship and now he is playing the vice-captain role after including KL Rahul in the squad as skipper. The first ODI will be played between both at Harare Sports Club on Thursday, August 18.
