Rohit said Siraj was so high on adrenaline after an unbroken seven- over spell that yielded six lattices, and it needed a word from the platoon coach to stop the leader from bowling.
“It was veritably pleasing to watch from the slips( how Siraj sailed). He got the ball to move a bit further than the other two. We were riding behind him( Siraj) when he was brushing that spell,” the commander said.
“He sailed seven overs in that spell, and I got a communication from the coach that we’ve to stop him now. He was relatively hopeless to coliseum,” said Rohit with a chortle.
still, Rohit said he wasn’t planning to give Siraj another over.
