Amid the speculation of whether Rahul Dravid will be recovering from Covid-19 and back in the India team, On Wednesday, the BCCI named VVS Laxman as Interim Head Coach of the India Team for Asia Cup-2022.
The BCCI said in a statement Laxman, the current Head of NCA (National Cricket Academy) will be the interim Head Coach for the Team India (Senior Men) for the upcoming Asia Cup 2022 which will be held in UAE.
Earlier, Laxman recently travelled to Zimbabwe with team India for the ODI series in the absence of Dravid.
