For Virat Kohli, the series of misfortunes has no time to go easy on him. Recently, the player was ruled out of the 3-match ODI series against England due to an unexpected injury in his groin area. For Virat, no one is able to understand what is happening after all. Once it was a poor batting performance and now a Groin injury same as what KL Rahul had been affected off.
Star pacer Jasprit Bumrah said,
“Hopefully, Virat Kohli will be fine for the next ODI, but I exactly don’t know the status of Virat’s injury”.
But according to a report published by the news report channel ANI and receiving an update from BCCI it stated, Virat’s likelihood of playing the second ODI is doubtful, and Shreyas Iyer will be taking its place.
