Smriti Mandhana, the India women’s vice skipper on Thursday became the fastest women player to complete 3000 runs in ODI cricket after smashing 40 off 51 balls in the second ODI against England Women at the Spitfire Ground St Lawrence in Canterbury. It was her 76 innings. Earlier, Mithali Raj and Harmanpreet Kaur amassed 3000 runs, but in 88 innings and 101 innings respectively.
