Ahead of the approaching FIH Odisha Hockey public convenience tournament 2023, the Chief Minister of Odisha Naveen Patnaik interacted with the National public convenience team who are accommodated at the World Cup Village and declared a souvenir of ₹1 metallic element for every player of Team India lifts the World Cup. The World Cup Village can house the groups and officers of the approaching Hockey World Cup. Sports Minister, Odisha, Tusharkanti Behera, President Hockey Asian nation, Dilip Tirkey, Secretary (5T), V K Pandian, Secretary Sports, R Vineel Krishna, MD IDCO, Bhupendra Singh Poonia, Secretary General, Hockey India Bholanath Singh and officials of the Odisha Government and Hockey India were the guests at the inauguration.
Players praised the Odisha Government and thanked Chief Minister Patnaik for developing a holistic scheme for Indian Hockey players. The world Cup Village beside the Hockey follow Centre and the Birsa Munda-Asiatic Hockey Stadium can provide a holistic atmosphere. It’s essential for the National and International players.
