Rishabh Pant scored 100 due to England bowlers’ fault: Mohammad Asif

Former speedster from Pakistan, Muhammed Asif feels not happy with the scoring of Rishabh Pant it seems. The reason behind such gestures he blames is on the English bowlers who did not bowl Rishabh at their weakest areas and due to which he (Rishabh) was able to score his century.

Look at what he said about Pant in his exact own words,

“It was totally England bowlers’ fault as Pant did no wonders. He has technical faults. His left-hand doesn’t work but still he managed to score a century because English bowlers didn’t bowl to him in his weak areas,”

Asif after making the statement however, denied to name any specific individual but he said there were a mistake’s been made by the English team. For instance, he added the time Pant and Jadeja were on the crease and the England team brought their spinner (left-arm) who wasn’t the ideal option to deal with pair like Rishabh Pant and Pant. He expressed this all through a video posted on Twitter.

While speaking in the video although many a times Md. Asif repeated himself saying that he isn’t against Pant or Kohli and he’s talking about the technicalities involved but his intentions while speaking was quite evident letting people think that “from where is this all coming from”.

Why we say so, because Asif grabbed Virat also in where it was not required stating,

“It’s been three years for Kohli, and he should be also look after things now”

So somewhere-somehow Asif was seen emphasizing on the technical aspect but the intentions of him pointing out faults in Pant and Kohli or the India team’s another team players was something to be given a thought upon. Below is the list of former players from Pakistan trying to correct the Indian players,

Taking to his YouTube channel, Kaneria admitted that the young Jammu player has some serious pace but still needs to improve his line and length. he said,

“Umran Malik bowls very fast, but he has a long way to go as he is quite wayward. He will improve as he plays more matches. It is not easy to handle the pressure of playing international cricket”

Secondly Rashid Latif who said,

“India is no doubt a good team, but there’s no example of the way Pakistan is currently playing cricket,”

Shahid Afridi who said about Virat Kohli stating,

“He has the class. But does he really even want to be No. 1 again? Or does he think he has achieved everything in life. Now just relax and pass time? It’s all about attitude.”

So, you see, these are just a few links to what has been expressed directly and indirectly. Since the time the rescheduled fifth test match has begun between England and India there has been a couple of times, the players (including former) from Pakistan pointing some or the other remarks on Indian to do this or that which indeed is not required.

Coming back to Md. Asif, he says that he isn’t against pant,

“I am not against Pant, but with such decisions by the opposition, you get an edge to score big,”

Whatever it may be, the truth is that we all are living in a competitive world and where we are expected to get unexpected blows when not required at all.
