West Bengal ruling party TMC on Wednesday said that Sourav Ganguly’s removal from the BCCI President post is an example of BJP’s political vendetta. Talking about the news of the former India captain’s removal, TMC MP Santanu Sen claimed that BJP’s Amit Shah has recently visited Ganguly’s house and given several offers to Ganguly to join their party as an eminent face of the Party in West Bengal, but the 50-year-old declined his offer showing his satisfaction with the BCCI’s responsibilities. Sen put allegations that Ganguly is now set to out of BCCI because he’s from Mamata Banerjee’s state.
