Jasprit Bumrah is a top-level cricketer going to miss IPL 2023. He recently had surgery and will be out of action for a while. Along with Bumrah, Rishabh Pant is also a big name who will miss the tournament. The Delhi Capitals cricketer was involved in an accident a few months ago and the player is still on the mend. In both cases, the teams are yet to have to name a replacement. Prasidh Krishna, Jhye Richardson, Kyle Jamieson, and Will Jacks are the remaining players who will not play in IPL 2023. Prasidh Krishna is suffering from a stress fracture injury. Jhye Richardson has got a hamstring injury in BBL. So both are not available for the IPL 2023. Kyle Jamieson has a back stress fracture. Will Jackshas was injured during the Bangladesh tour?
So far, RCB is the only franchise to have announced a replacement for its injured cricketer. They have signed Michael Bracewell to replace the English cricketer.
