The Indian cricket star Dinesh Kartik has praised Indian team head coach Rahul Dravid and skipper Rohit Sharma. Amid of ongoing India vs T20 series, Karthik said on Saturday that team India’s coach-captain pair is creating a positive team environment and setting a new record of success.
Karthik, who has returned to international cricket after a long time waits, explained the Indian team environment in an interview with Ravichandran Aswin on BCCI.TV. Aswin asked him, what do you think about the present team environment? He replied,
The current Indian team environment is one of the best environments and I feel proud to be a part of it.
The team head coach and captain have set up an atmosphere where players are being given consistency and continuity, he added.
The 37-year-old wicket-keeper and batter performed brilliantly in the first T20 match against West Indies. His unbeaten 41 off 19 balls helped India to raise a target of 191 for the Caribbean and finally, India won that match.
Karthik is very confident that India will seal the ongoing five matches t20 series in the next fourth battle which is scheduled to held on August 6 in Florida.
