India vs Australia, 2nd T20: Time for Team India to leave experiments behind

The two important losses against Australia at home in Mohali on September 20, and against Sri Lanka in the super 4 of the recently concluded Asia Cup, Forced India skipper Rohit Sharma and the team’s think-tank to be aware of India’s bowling in death overs. Because the above concern was only the reason behind the losses. So, the think-tank may revive India’s strength of penetration by taking pace spearhead Jaspreet Bumrah and Deepak Chahar into the team in the place of Bhuvneshwar Kumar (0-52 in 4 overs) and medium-pace bowler Harshal Patel (0-49 in 4 overs) who spent the most runs against Australia in Mohali.

Despite scoring a big score of 208/6 in 20 overs with help of Hardik Pandya’s unbeaten 71 off 31 balls, India lost the first T20 against Australia as the visitor chased down (211) the target with 4 balls to spare. Out of form Bhuvaneshwar gave 15-runs in the 17thover and opened the way for Australia to win. Australia’s wicketkeeper batter Matthew Wade enjoyed Bhuvneshwar’s poor form and took his team to victory through his astonishing 45-run knock of 21 balls in the death overs.

The two teams will reunite today at 7:PM at VCA Stadium Vidarbha to play the second T20 of three matches series. Australia is leading 1-0 in the series.
