Chelsea pays heavyfees for Enzo Fernandez, Cancelo joins Munich

Chelsea pays a record-breaking Premier League fee of €121m to sign Enzo Fernandez. Joao Cancelo makes a surprise move to Bayern Munich and Jorginho joins Arsenal on transfer deadline day in Europe. Cancelo joins Bayern Munich
