On Tuesday Inter Milan created history by entering Champions League Finals after 13 years with the help of Lautaro Martinez’s sole goal, which gave them an aggregate win of 3-0 against AC Milan. The team has changed its fortunes with sheer brilliance & hard work & has now entered the finals making their prospects for a win stronger.
The key moment of the match came when Martinez exchanged passes with Romelu Lukaku & directed a goal towards the post from inside the penalty area, which Milan keeper Mike Maignan was unable to block.

Inter will now face either Real Madrid or Manchester City in the Champions League Finals, but the way they have handled the matches up until now & the potential they have shown suggest they will give a tough fight to whoever they face, & with sheer brilliance might also win.
Martinez, Inter’s Captain said,“What counts is the squad. I experienced it at the World Cup (with Argentina),” he said. “It makes it easy if you have a united squad with everyone pulling in the same direction. It means you get to play these very important matches in the best possible way.”
He added: “After winning the World Cup and experiencing what is the pinnacle for a player I knew we could reach this final, and we did it.”
Inter will face either Real Madrid or Manchester City for the finals on June 10, & what we have witnessed up until now it would be safe to say that it will going to be one hell of a fight.
