BWF India is going to host two more international badminton tournaments this season. Guwahati will host the BWF Super 100 competition which will be held from December 5th to 10th. Odisha Open will be between December 12th to 17th. “I am grateful to the BWF for awarding a new Super 100 tournament in Guwahati starting December 5th, among other events…” said Sanjay Mishra, Secretary of the Badminton Association of India (BAI), at the press conference previously opened in India on Monday.

The largest domestic tournament, the Indian Open, has been moved to the Super 750 this year. Until last season it was a Super 500 tournament. Besides, India also hosts Syed Modi International Super 300, Odisha Super 100, International Challengers in Bangalore, Raipur, and two International Junior Competitions in Pune and Hyderabad.
